To start a return, you can contact us at support@toughcoverco.com.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us below.

Orders placed before 3:30 EST will be generally be processed and shipped the same day. We ship all orders within 1-5 business days. Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Our official policy is we do ship everything same-day if received by 3:30pm EST however it’s not a contractual guarantee.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect your item and then process a refund. We’ll process the return within five business days. The credit back to your account can take an additional five business days, depending on your method of payment. We’ll notify you via email when your return has been processed. Please note, refunds do not include shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
